We created Atlantic Land Management because we believe land should be managed with the same care, professionalism and long-term thinking that successful businesses apply to their most valuable assets. Our goal is simple: to help property owners, hospitality businesses and landowners protect, maintain and enhance their land while preserving the natural beauty that makes Galicia so special.

§ About

Technical environmental knowledge — delivered practically, on the land.

Atlantic Land Management combines deep environmental expertise with hands-on delivery for properties, estates and hospitality businesses across Galicia.

Our philosophy

Atlantic Land Management was founded with a simple belief: the landscapes of Galicia deserve to be protected, restored and cared for for future generations.

We provide practical land management, property care and environmental services, but our work goes beyond maintenance. We are passionate about helping landowners create healthier, more resilient landscapes that support wildlife, reduce wildfire risk and enhance the long-term value of their land.

Where appropriate, we encourage the restoration of native Galician species including oak, chestnut, birch, alder, willow and hazel. These species support biodiversity, strengthen local ecosystems and create landscapes that are more resilient to drought, disease and fire.

Many rural properties have become dominated by fast-growing non-native species over recent decades. While these trees have commercial value in some settings, they can also increase environmental pressures and wildfire risk when poorly managed. Our role is not to impose solutions, but to help landowners make informed decisions about the future of their land and explore opportunities to introduce native woodland, wildlife habitats and more sustainable land management practices.

Whether we are maintaining a holiday home, managing an estate, conducting firebreak compliance work or restoring degraded land, our goal remains the same: to care for property responsibly while contributing to a healthier and more resilient Galicia.
